At Omnioo, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery, under the conditions outlined below.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition
- The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and tags
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date
- You must contact us first at info@omnioocommerce.com to request a Return Authorization
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted or refunded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@omnioocommerce.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if applicable
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- OM Commerce LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or damaged, the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Opened items that fall under personal care, health, or sanitary use
- Any item that has been used or altered
5. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@omnioocommerce.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Refunds for Approved Returns
Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival. If they meet the return conditions:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear
- We will notify you once your return has been inspected and accepted
